Train to a professional standard. Our Krav Maga Combatives classes cover the same drills and skills used by professional fighters. This is fast-moving, energetic class that involves military-style fitness combined with striking drills on pads to develop speed, agility, mobility and endurance. It’s great for your cardio too!
Combatives classes are essential to good self defence. Protecting yourself means striking an attacker fast and hard, stopping them before they can stop you. With these classes, we’ll teach you to see your hands, knees and feet as weapons, and we’ll show you how to use them.
At Krav Maga Swindon, our emphasis is on good attitudes and a warm and positive environment, conducive to learning. You can expect to meet like-minded people who are more than happy to train alongside beginners and even help them to learn. We are pro-active in removing egos and bad attitudes from our classes and pride ourselves on being a great place to train.
Combatives classes feature:
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so your instructor, Will Bayley can introduce himself and speak with you before training commences.
Beginners are most welcome. No experience is required.
Please bring the following to your first class:
Comfortable exercise clothing and trainers.
Plenty of fluid to drink before, during and after training.
Some people like to bring small calorie dense items to snack on immediately after training – this is a good idea!
From 18:30 – 20:00 All Levels
From 10:30 – 11:30 All Levels
Followed by 11:30 – 12:30 Advanced session for experienced students involving high-level technique, contact fighting and adrenalised conflict management training.

Simply wear comfortable exercise clothing and trainers. Bring plenty of water and something warm to put on after you finish training.
