What we do in this class:

Krav Maga Swindon Juniors Classes open in April 2018, offering the opportunity for juniors aged 10-16 to learn the most respected self-protection system in the world today. Years in development, the British Krav Maga Juniors curriculum offers a comprehensive training package complete with 10 Junior ranks so that students can progress and measure their achievements against the National Standard.

Krav Maga Juniors will introduce younger students to the fundamentals of real Krav Maga in just the same way as the adults, though with lighter contact to provide a safe but effective and welcoming training environment.

Anti Bullying – Learn confidence and target hardening so that you are not selected as a victim, or if selected are able to assert yourself and manage the situation.
Self Defence – Learn the techniques, from grab releases to fight skills that will keep you safe in any situation.
Effective Striking – learn how, where and when to strike so that you can escape and get away from any situation.
Morality and Law – Understand the law and codes of conduct that surround Self Defence so that you know when it is right to use Krav Maga to defend yourself.
Discipline – Develop the will and strength of character to do the right thing even when faced with difficult odds.
Fitness – Become combat fit – ready and able to fight.
Progression – 10 ranks to measure your learning and skill.

Parents are welcome to attend and watch the session, and are encouraged to take an active role in the student’s understanding of the morality and law surrounding self-defence. For more information, or to talk to an instructor, contact us today.
