Detail:
Krav Maga teaches extremely effective physical methods to stop a threat. But what about the moments before the fight? This seminar will give you a framework to understand these vital moments and transition effectively from dialogue to physical intervention.
As well as in depth theory you will be given the chance to practice full contact assault drills against the Predator suit, a great way to experience first-hand the transition from verbal to physical violence. We’ll also teach you how to be an effective training partner for other Kravists, raising your game at every level.
- Conflict Resolution and De-escalation
- Ego or Self Defence
- The Law
- Colour Codes of Awareness
- Escalation from Verbal to Physical Violence

- How to Train Effectively in a Krav Class – How behaviour creates and enhances the stress response in training

Who is this seminar suitable for?
Anyone can attend. There are elements of high intensity exercise designed to increase stress, but these are optional and can be undertaken at a level that suits your level of fitness.
What do I need?
To take part in all the drills, you will need 16oz boxing gloves and a gumshield as there will be some light contact sparring.
There will be no hard contact permitted in any of the drills so the day will be suitable for beginners (you may use hard contact during specific drills against the predator suit, but no hard contact will be used against you.)
